Post Mortem

Well this is the final character. It does have some lighting and shadows. This class was very helpful and I learned a lot on how to go about making a 3D character. I know that this has been a difficult and challenging class but I know that the second model that I make will not have these mistakes. I'm going to continue modeling this character but just go back and rework and tweak the model. Some of the techniques that I did learn were just paying more attention in detail in the different viewports. All in all, this was an interesting but stressful class, that did challenge me and I have learned so much to improve upon my modeling skills

Character_Texture

Where do I begin! I tried to create leather for Tamecka but that did not go as well as I planned. The textures that I applied just would wrap right so I'm probably thinking of trying to redo the unwrap. Then again I think I forgot to tile the texture too. Just going to have to put in a little work and fix up Tamecka

UV Unwrap Milestone

I feel that this assignment went better for me than some of the recent milestones. I completley redone the character. I feel like it's a better model because she's not all meshed smoothed to hell and she now has a pelvic area. Still having trouble with the face. It's not flat like it once was but still having some issues. Looking forward to putting some textures on Tamecka Maleck and the next assignment.

Character Model

So the character model did not go so well. I ended up using mesh smooth and I got the result you see above. Just going to have to try a little harder and really try to redo this model and have the unwrap done for Tuesday's class. I know I can have it finished just have to work a lot this model.

Face Model

The face model waas a lot more difficult than what i expected. the side viewport was very hard to work with. Trying to make the face seamless so that way it wouldn't be to polygonal was not a total fail but I do need some practice. If anyone has any suggestions I am totally open to them so that way it cam improve my modeling skills. Thank you to any and all that help me!

woman_model

This is the woman model that was turned in. She has a waist, which is great because the last model did not have a waist. However, I am not even closed to being satisfied of this model because the legs are too blocky and again the hands and feet are too big. I also feel the breasts are too close together. Going to add what I have learned with this model and better the Tamecka Maleck female model

Male_Model

This is the male model that was turned in. The model has no waist and the hands and feet are too big and blocky as well. Next time I am going to extrude the upper half of the model to make a waist and see how that will work out for me
